Total area of modern offices and warehouse will count over 2500 square meters, and there will be working over 180 employees from internal recruitment, as target.
The new Operations Center will replace three previous branches of ArchiDoc: one from Katowice in Zbo¿owa Street and two from W³oc³awek. Bigger and better equipped area will improve the service of growing amount of customers of the company. Joining office rooms and high-storage warehouse in one place will eliminate the need of transporting processed and archive intended documents to other branches.
– A logistic operation of relocating infrastructure and transportation of documents from liquidated branches of ArchiDoc lasted for two months preceding setting off the new localization into action. The whole process was realized with keeping the highest procedures of safety. The new object is guarded 24-hour a day and additionally is equipped in CCTV system, access control system as well as in fire prevention system which communicates with the nearest police and fire department. The object has also automated heating installation of warehouse’s rooms which enables to keep proper conditions of records’ storekeeping defined by the Minister of Culture rescript.
Equally essential element to keep the permanence of realized by ArchiDoc processes was to install double electric and power terminal – says Waldemar Nowicki, Managing Director for Operations in ArchiDoc.
The new branch will be equipped in about 100 data registering stands. Projects for such companies as UPC, Tele2, Netia (Katowice project), Uniqua/Filar, G4S and COIG will be realized there. Documents storekeeping potential in the new activated warehouse is over 50 000 running meters of records.
