In the nearest time, ArchiDoc will provide scanning works of the City of Zabrze Geodesy Department’s documentation. The project will be realized by team of ArchiDoc’s South Operations Centre employees in Katowice.
In the nearest time, ArchiDoc will provide scanning works of the City of Zabrze Geodesy Department’s documentation. The project will be realized by team of ArchiDoc’s South Operations Centre employees in Katowice.
Works will be conducted in three phases, with regard to contract’s volume. The project is expected to be finished in September 2008.
Scanning of documentation, which confirm changes of land and buildings survey statement, together with proper indexing of created files, enables our office’s employees direct and convenient documents’ access. It results in efficient customer service and, at the same time, the possibility of having independent backup of the whole documentation increases data security – says Wojciech Kowalski, Deputy Head of Geodesy Department of the City of Zabrze Office.
Previous experiences achieved during works connected with digitalization of technical geodesy documentation for the City of Zabrze Office enabled our company to gain competitive advantage over other offerors, as well as to guarantee our principal process realization by the same team, which was involved in prior contract with this customer – adds Waldemar Nowicki, Managing Director for Operations in ArchiDoc.
