ArchiDoc has promoted Marcin Ogrodnik and Tomasz Kulczński accordingly to positions of Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst.  

Establishing new positions in the company’s structure is an effect of implementing new ArchiDoc’s strategy, which particularly enhance customer service model on both presale and during cooperation stages. 

Marcin Ogrodnik as Senior Project Manager will supervise services’ implementations for present and new company’s customers. His responsibilities will include mainly activities concerning signing new contracts, coordinating work of particular departments and monitoring punctuality of realization of tasks within given process. Working for ArchiDoc for more than 11 years Marcin Ogrodnik has the longest practice among all company’s employees. Recently he worked within Sales Department’s structures in a position of Archive Manager.

Tomasz Kulczyński has taken a Business Analyst function. His main tasks will include creating and modifying the company’s offer and providing support for the Sales Department on a presale stage within process analyzing, modeling and optimizing as well as ready-made solutions’ testing. He will be involved also in conducting trainings and substantive care concerning services provided to company’s customers. Tomasz Kulczyński has a wide knowledge regarding documents’ processing, workflow and business processes management, which he shared in numerous articles concerning those subjects. Previously he has gained a job experience in Kodak and Energis.
