The Outsourcing Experts Group, which specializes in the outsourcing of back-office processes, sales and marketing support, as well as call and contact center, has decided to develop common visual identification of its member companies.

ArchiDoc has signed a 5-year contract with Ruch SA for the servicing of the current and archival documentation belonging to the largest Polish press distributor. The contract value amounts to PLN 2,000,000.

ArchiDoc received a Business Credibility Certificate. The international credit information agency D&B Poland has highly assessed financial stability of ArchiDoc, measured by its good performance in the year 2010, high profitability and financial liquidity.

ArchiDoc is running Lukas Bank’s office. The contract has been concluded for a period of three years. The process is being carried on based on the copyrighted office application INDO – SNOK.

Outsourcing Experts Group forms a common IT department for all companies belonging to the Group. The centralization of resources and IT services is another step in the realization of the company’s development strategy which involves, among others, optimizing customer service processes.

In accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board, ArchiDoc appointed Bartosz Terlecki as the Vice-president of the Management Board. Bartosz Terlecki has been associated with ArchiDoc since November 2004. For the past seven years, he held the position of Director of Organizational and Legal Department.

ArchiDoc has signed a three-year contract with Getin Noble Bank SA for back-office service of current and archival credit documentation of the bank. The partners will be collaborating remotely, using the INDO/DMS system.

The ArchiDoc Capital Group and Neo Investments Fund have signed an investment agreement which will result in joining their forces. The integration will give rise, among other things, to a new brand name, Outsourcing Experts (OEX).

According to the latest research commissioned by ArchiDoc, in the last two years the interest in outsourcing services has increased by almost 10%. Among 200 enterprises taking part in this year's research, 58% claimed to use services provided by external institutions.
