ArchiDoc SA extended the scope of the contract with Millennium Bank with new services. At present, apart from the mailing room service the agreement covers sorting and distribution of correspondence inside the bank and management of marketing materials.

Owing to its dynamic development, ArchiDoc SA made a decision to establish a new operations centre. The company signed an agreement with Prologis Polska regarding lease of spaces located in the logistics park near Katowice and Chorzów.

ArchiDoc Group expands its structures. In July employment increased by more than 300 employees, which means that at present almost 900 persons are employed in ArchiDoc Group. By the end of the year 2010 employment figures may reach 1,000 persons.

In this year's edition of the Quality International competition ArchiDoc was awarded the title of the Highest Quality in the "Services" category.

Archidoc SA started cooperation with CANAL+ Cyfrowy in the scope of handling the client's correspondence. Services are provided with the use of the mailing system INDO.

ArchiDoc has incorporated a new call centre company. Call One was created as part of ArchiDoc capital group concentrating entities offering modern solutions in the scope of BPO. Call One provides services in the scope of call and contact centre that extend and supplement ArchiDoc's offer.

ArchiDoc S.A. has started cooperation with Millennium Bank. Within the framework of the agreement, ArchiDoc comprehensively handles inbound and outbound correspondence in the Bank's Central Mailing Room. The service is provided in the two main locations of the headquarters of Millennium Bank: in Warsaw and Gdańsk.

ArchiDoc is expanding and ordering the portfolio of its services. The expanded offer is our reply to increasing expectations of clients looking for new areas of cooperation and a guarantee of high quality.

ArchiDoc completed implementation of the project which consisted in converting archival documentation of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland into the electronic form. In the years 2005-2009, in cooperation with empolis Polska, more than 7.5 million documents were archived.
