ArchiDoc SA implemented a project for Tauron Group, the biggest energy seller in Poland. The scope of the services we provided included scanning and indexing of 130,000 pages of documentation of several companies in the Group.

ArchiDoc became a joint stock company. This is another step taken for the purpose of making the company's shares public. The company's Management Board will make particular decisions with regard to entering the stock exchange in 2010.

ArchiDoc became a laureate of the prestigious Gazele Biznesu 2009 award. This year was the 10th time that Puls Biznesu awarded dynamically-developing domestic companies getting good financial results and being a reliable business partner. The contest is held under the patronage of the National Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with Coface Poland.

ArchiDoc Sp. z o.o. got a positive assessment issued by TUV, the international certifying organisation, of implemented Integrated Quality Management System according to PN-EN ISO 9001:2008 standard. The certificate constitutes a guarantee of a high quality of services provided by ArchiDoc and proves that the organisation is managed in an effective, transparent way and it is client-oriented.

Piotr Cholewa, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ArchiDoc SA, is on the "100 Most Influential People of the Polish Outsourcing List". The list, which was published in October 2009, was prepared by the "Outsourcing Magazine".

ArchiDoc implemented a project for Pekao SA in the scope of digitisation of documents in more than 300 branch offices throughout Poland. The agreement covered scanning and exporting documents necessary for serving approximately 100 thousand institutional clients to the bank's computer system. The project implementation was completed in August 2009.

Together with its partners, ArchiDoc set up the Outsourcing Institute Foundation, gathering the most important service providers in the Polish market who render services in an external model.

ArchiDoc appointed a new President. Konrad Rochalski, who assumed his function on 1 September 2009, will focus on the Company’s strategic development and activation of marketing- and sales-oriented actions.

ArchiDoc signed 5-year-contract for paper and digital documentation service for REW IT Poland. Contract frames digitalization, storing and access to documents by convenient and dedicated to Customer on-line application.
