ArchiDoc has signed a partnership contract with Softex Data company, Polish supplier of BPM class systems. Cooperation of both companies is an element of the realization of ArchiDoc’s strategy in scope of service offer’s development supported by business processes management solution.

ArchiDoc company has promoted Marek Bronder and Waldemar Nowicki on positions of Managing Directors. They will be responsible for further development of ArchiDoc activity directed at Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

On the 27th of November 2007 r. ArchiDoc organized a meeting for journalists which motto was: “Business Process Outsourcing – something more than IT outsourcing”.

ArchiDoc, the biggest Polish company providing services covering the complex document management, opened a new operating centre, placed in Warsaw. It will realize projects covering document management for financial-insurance clients.

ArchiDoc in a syndicate with Centralny Ośrodek Informatyki Górnictwa (COIG) won a tender for conversion of archive documents of the liquidated coal mines into the digital form. Thanks to the service, employees of Spółka Restrukturyzacji Kopalń (SRK S.A.) will have online access to the digital version of scanned personnel documents.

ArchiDoc won a tender launched by the Citibank Handlowy for conversion of the Bank’s customer documents into the digital form. The contract was signed for 3 years.

ArchiDoc entered into a contract with the PZU Asset Management SA (PZU AM) for a take-over, management and retrieval of all archive documentation of this broker.

ArchiDoc is the winner of the 9th edition of the Silesian Quality Award Competition in the category of big service providers.
