Documents are scanned with the use of our proprietary systems, highly specialized scanners and other types of equipment supporting the process. We are also in the possession of portable devices enabling us to digitize documents at the customer’s.
One electronic document may be processed simultaneously by many employees of our customers.

E-archive
Our electronic document repository provides easy and comfortable access to electronic documents via a web browser. Scans or text versions of the digitized documents obtained via OCR procedures may be easily searched based on a number of criteria. The data is stored in observance of strict security rules.
