Together with its partners, ArchiDoc set up the Outsourcing Institute Foundation, gathering the most important service providers in the Polish market who render services in an external model. The Institute is intended to be a centre of active exchange of knowledge in the field of business optimisation, presenting proven procedures and best practices in this scope. A crucial task of the Institute is to promote effective outsourcing solutions which increase competitiveness of Polish companies. The Outsourcing Institute Foundation is an organisation promoting the experience, knowledge and competence of its associated partners. It is going to conduct counselling and educational activities.
Among the founders of the Outsourcing Institute Foundation, together with ArchiDoc, there are also: ADP, Baker&McKenzie, Deloitte, Target BPO, Web Inn and Xerox. The President of the Outsourcing Institute is Łukasz Gajewski – the President of the Management Board of Target BPO, while Vice-Presidents are: Marek Rosiński – a Managing Partner at Baker & McKenzie Gruszczyński i Wspólnicy and Leszek Rożdzeński – President of the Management Board of Web Inn.
The Foundation is a new form of organisation of the former Outsourcing Institute, which, since 2007, has been operating under direction of Harvard Business Review Polska. The Outsourcing Institute Foundation was established in response to the needs and problems of the business sector during the economic slowdown. One of the essential aims of the new initiative is the integration of companies and specialists with unique outsourcing knowledge. The group of companies and associated experts promote outsourcing, including BPO services (Business Outsourcing Process) as the best strategy leading to improved effectiveness and profitability of businesses. The outsourcing solutions available as part of the Institute’s operation aim at broadening the knowledge of managing staff and exchange of best practices and experiences in this scope between enterprises.
