ArchiDoc won a tender launched by the Citibank Handlowy for conversion of the Bank’s customer documents into the digital form. The contract was signed for 3 years.
ArchiDoc won a tender launched by the Citibank Handlowy for conversion of the Bank’s customer documents into the digital form. The contract was signed for 3 years.
The process performed by the ArchiDoc covers documents generated by the Retail Sector of the Citibank Handlowy. The project was launched in March 2007. Responding to unique formal and legal requirements of the bank, ArchiDoc prepared additional security measures and introduced customised security procedures.
The key factor for winning this contract was ArchiDoc’s market position and fulfilment of all Citibank Handlowy’s requirements concerning the physical, IT and formal security of the personal data.
