ING Bank Śląski prolonged the contract with ArchiDoc. The company belonging to the Outsourcing Experts Group has been comprehensively managing office processes of the Bank since 2009. The new contract was concluded for the period of two years with an option of extension.

Responding to the needs of ING Bank Śląski, ArchiDoc has developed and adapted its original system – INDO-SNOK – to manage the office processes. The application enables categorizing documents and distributing them among organizational units, which, as a result, shortens the time for the correspondence transfer and significantly improves the circulation of information.

Thanks to the applied solution, the Bank has gained full control over the status of each document with no need to scan the whole volume. The use of a barcode system and portable scanners by ArchiDoc’s couriers allows saving automatically all the information relating to both the person receiving the correspondence and the place and time of its handover. This is especially important in the case of personal and confidential mail, which cannot be opened or scanned in the office.

Archidoc’s support in the field of document management outsourcing and handling of back-office processes in favour of banks, leasing companies, investment funds and insurance companies has been recognized by the economic monthly “Home & Market” – in 2011, a company from the Outsourcing Experts Group received a certificate of “The best partner of financial institutions”.

Currently, in the portfolio of ArchiDoc from OEX there are already 3 out of 4 major Polish banks which take advantage of the modern way of handling mailroom processes in the external model. Apart from ING Bank Śląski, ArchiDoc collaborates also with the Millenium bank. Moreover, the company is implementing a contract for Getin Noble Bank SA. Apart from that, ArchiDoc also carried out projects for (among others): Bank Pekao, Citibank Handlowy, Kredyt Bank and insurance companies, like PZU, Warta and Uniqa.
