ArchiDoc Group expands its structures. In July employment increased by more than 300 employees, which means that at present almost 900 persons are employed in ArchiDoc Group. By the end of the year 2010 employment figures may reach 1,000 persons.

The employment growth results from dynamic development of particular companies and winning new clients. So far ArchiDoc had employed 510 persons. For the needs of a strategic contract signed in June the company employed 220 persons, thanks to which at present it can boast of its team comprising more than 700 employees.

The second entity from the Group’s portfolio, Call One, established in May 2010, also increases its resources. Because of a new telemarketing project implemented for a client from FMCG branch, the number of consultants employed by the company increased from 100 to 160.

"As market estimates showed as at the end of 2009, the outsourcing branch in Poland employed approximately 45 thousand persons and this number was expected to double in the next two years. Undoubtedly, it results from the strategy related to cost reduction in enterprises and transfer of many tasks beyond companies. One of the effects of this tendency is transfer of human resources from the client’s internal structures to the outsourcer’s structures. Owing to high dynamics of development of the outsourcing sector, companies from this branch are perceived as good employees. This in turn attracts employees and high-class specialists that are offered an opportunity to gain experience in one of the most innovative branches of the economy", said Konrad Rochalski, the President of the Management Board of ArchiDoc Group.
