ArchiDoc – a company being part of the Outsourcing Experts Group – and Centralny Ośrodek Informatyki Górnictwa (COIG) have together implemented another project for the Spółka Restrukturyzacji Kopalń (The Coal-Mines Restructuring Company). The contract covered the scanning of personnel documents and registration of metrics in computer systems.

The project consisted in digitizing and registering of more than 315 thousand folders containing personnel documentation of category B50, i.e. personnel binders and payroll records. In addition, ArchiDoc was responsible for entering the metrics into the COIG’s database, which has been handling and maintaining an electronic repository for SRK for years.

“Once again have we decided to cooperate with the company. The team of professionals, the diligence and punctuality of ArchiDoc have contributed to the successful completion of the project, which involved scanning and registration of the documents. The project was completed well ahead of time and with no complaints from our side. High quality of services rendered by the company as well as the guarantee of security of the entrusted data were decisive in selecting ArchiDoc from the OEX Group as a partner in future projects”, said Michał Kapuścik,Vice-President of COIG S.A.’s Management Board.

The campaign for COIG SA lasted 6 months. During that period, more than 13 million pages were taken over and scanned. ArchiDoc completed the registration of all documents almost a month ahead of schedule. The proper course of the cooperation with COIG was supervised by Bartosz Terlecki, ArchiDoc’s Vice-President. The project was implemented by a team of 15 registering staff.

In 2011, the company ArchiDoc from OEX Group signed several significant contracts to handle back-office processes, e.g. with Getin Noble Bank SA, Lukas Bank SA and Ruch SA. In addition, in January 2012 ArchiDoc was awarded with the "Order of Finance 2011" by the Home & Market monthly. The company won the title of "The best partner supporting financial institutions”.
