Outsourcing Experts Group forms a common visual identification of its member entities. The rebranding will include a change of logo-types and freshening up of the graphic layout of corporate and marketing materials. The Marketing Department of the Outsourcing Experts Group and the Galposter company are responsible for the implementation of the project.
The Outsourcing Experts Group was formed in May 2011 as a result of the merger of the ArchiDoc Capital Group with companies from the Neo Investments Fund. The Group consists of 4 entities from the outsourcing market which include:
ArchiDoc – outsourcing solutions in the field of document management, data registration and back-office processes;
Cursor – outsourcing solutions for marketing and sales support (building and managing commercial structures, merchandising, promotional services and logistic facilities;
Galposter – outsourcing solutions in the area of identification, rebranding and network building processes;
Voice Contact Center – the outsourcing call / contact center – a multi-channel customer service (telephone, Internet, fax) and sales associated with the creation of the marketing image of companies.
Thanks to the integration, Outsourcing Experts have become one of the largest entities operating in the outsourcing industry in Poland. The harmonization of the image of the brands from the Group’s portfolio is the next stage in strengthening the Group’s position in the market.
Both the graphic sign of Outsourcing Experts and the freshened-up logo-types of all companies are connected with a figure of a circle. The new version of brands has kept a simple form and distinctive colors and typography.
“A circle stands for optimization which in the case of the Outsourcing Experts Group means offering services with the best quality for money. It also symbolizes a holistic and comprehensive approach towards outsourcing. Our portfolio contains companies which render a vast array of services – from sales and marketing support to document management and call center services. Thus, the new image is accompanied not only by a change of key elements of visual communication, but first of all by a broadened, more attractive and strengthened business offer.” – says Anna Zawadzka – Outsourcing Experts Group’s Director of Marketing and PR.
Given their established position in the market, Cursor, Galposter, ArchiDoc and Voice Contact Center will continue to operate under their trade names.
“The motto of the Outsourcing Experts Group is ‘The strength of a group, the flexibility of an individual’ ”. Behind each of the Group companies, there are tens of completed projects and high recognizability in the business. We do not want to give that up. That is why we have decided not to change their names. At the same time, the unified visual identification emphasizes shared competences, values and strategy”, adds Michał Zoll, the President of the Management Board of the Galposter company, which is a member of the Outsourcing Experts Group.
In September 2011, the Management Board of the Outsourcing Experts Group decided to merge Call One and Voice Contact Center. The integration of these companies is a stage in increasing the potential of Outsourcing Experts Group through specializing in particular segments of outsourcing services. Supervision over the merged companies will be in the hands of Adam Kotrych, the former President of Voice Contact Center.
The concentration of Call One and Voice Contact Center, which offer outsourcing services in the scope of multi-channel customer service, aims at strengthening the market position of the Outsourcing Experts Group in the call and contact center area. The merged company will manage 700 operational positions, based mainly in Warsaw and Łódź. Thereby, Voice Contact Center will join five biggest players on the call and contact center market.
